I grew a mustache and I shaved it off
So I could go to the record store on Leggett Drive

I tried to figure out what you meant by that
I don't understand everything, you know
I haven't lived as long as you have

I said to myself, you can't possibly love me
I'm a lazy freak who sits on his butt
And plays Grand Theft Auto all day
I don't get my schoolwork done
And my music sucks

But nevertheless, you said to me "I love you"
What was I to say?
What was I to do?

So I left the building and went back to my job at the record store
The boss says I've been out for hours
Where the hell have I been?
So I tell him where I've been...

He fires me and sends me back to Tuesday Morning
And now here I am, talking to you...
