Truly a departure from the music I usually make.
"Maybe It's Bad For Me" was a personal challenge I put on myself to see if I could make a song that was only a minute long, monophonic, sample-less, and sounded like a Weezer song.
"Skidmore Mathis" was my contribution to Lizard Tree Studios' 1st Semi Annual 45 Minute Album Challenge, of which I was the host.
"Where Do I Start?" was a song that I built around an AI generated piece of music from Melobytes. This is the same website that gave me the main melody from "Piece Of Cake, Peace Of Mind" on the Red Album. I made this while I waited for the aforementioned 1st Semi Annual 45 Minute Album Challenge to start.
"A Capella Christmas" is a song with no instruments played other than my voice and the snap of my fingers. Also at the beginning I sampled a toy Christmas train my dad got.
"Avant Zen Garden" is a postmodernist avant garde piece. I've experimented with avant garde before, but I never dedicated a full track to being weird and avant garde. This is my ode to all anti-musicians, unmusicians, avant garde artists, and performance artists alike.
"Defeatedly (A Narrative Essay Written And Read By Charles Michael)" is my reading of a story that I wrote for a school assignment. It took me like three months, and some help from my sister and my friend GnarlingtonTX, but in the end I got a 100 on the assignment with this essay, so I feel it was all worth it.
